It all started with Star Wars. You see, Jim Miller was a young kid and when he saw the movie something about "Lasers" got etched into his brain the way music must have gotten etched into Mozart’s mind or Painting got etched into VanGogh’s However, unlike those two, Todd was not a genius. In 1984, Jim Miller's 9th grade science teacher brought in a laser, filled the classroom with chalk dust by banging two erasers together and danced the Miller off the particles. The other kids thought it was "cool". Todd saw his purpose in life. He began immediately learning all he could about Lasers - nothing else mattered. Like Dr. Frankenstein, he began collecting parts from old, used lasers and related equipment. Todd pieced together these amplified light machines with crazed ambition. Unlike Frankenstein, the townspeople didn't attack him with pitchforks and torches. He also missed out on lots of dates.   During Todd’s 5th year of high school, he got a job at the Morrison Planetarium at the California Academy of Sciences helping with their Laserium Show. Soon after, he bought his first, real laser and began producing shows for school dances and nightclubs. Todd was actually making some money doing something he loved. Mr. Roy could see a future where lasers could be used for the betterment of humankind: making possible exploration of our universe, world peace, and, most importantly, enhancing corporate and special events. He wouldn't rest until he could see his dream fulfilled: Laser Shows in every boardroom, banquet hall, and sports arena in this great nation of ours! Thus after 6 years of high school were the humble beginnings of TriLasers, the premier Laser Show Company based in the San Jose Area and serving the entire United States of America. Information..
